**Permanent Residence Permit (Investment)**
A permanent residence permit in Georgia is granted to foreign nationals who qualify through an investment or ownership of property valued at a minimum of $300,000. This permit is also extended to the investor’s family members. To obtain this permit, the applicant must maintain an annual turnover of at least $50,000 in the first year, $100,000 in the second year, and $120,000 in subsequent years over five years or hold a property worth more than $300,000 for five years.

If the applicant has a property valued over $300,000 and holds it for five years, turnover documentation is not required. Family members (spouse, children under 18, and dependents) can also apply for permanent residence with similar documents.
